Conservation Halton works to protect, restore, and manage natural resources in the Halton watershed from lake to escarpment. Our vision is to sustain a healthy watershed with clean streams, vigorous forests, abundant green space, and balanced growth that results in strong livable communities. Our mandate is to create avenues for sustainable synergy between the natural world we live in and the 450,000 residents that make up the Conservation Halton Watershed.

This intent of this RFP is to secure a suitable firm to conduct a Pilot Project for the digitizing of hard copies files as well designing & implementing a suitable methodology to permit quick and easy access to these files online. The estimated volume related to this pilot project RFP is approximately 250-350K files. The balance of files required for digitization will be addressed following the success of the pilot. Should the incumbent selected for the Pilot project be successful with the Pilot phase, considerations will be undertaken to include the balance of remaining files / scope.
