Project Overview:
Conservation Halton is seeking complete proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and delivery of outerwear apparel and uniforms for approximately 700+ staff in various roles related to ski and snowboard resort activities. Clothing must meet the following criteria:

Consistency of style, design, materials, fit, and quality standards for a minimum of six (6) years, with minimal or no changes.

Products must incorporate current, industry-leading technologies and design solutions to deliver high levels of warmth, breathability, waterproofness, durability, and overall performance appropriate for Ontario’s outdoor and variable weather conditions.

Warranty to repair and service uniforms annually for the duration of the contract, as well as for the remaining lifespan of the items.

Products must accommodate branding at the point of production and include integrated name tag holders, insignia, pockets, or radio holders as requested.
It is the intent of Conservation Halton to use this RFP process to select a single Proponent for the provision of the goods and services as described herein. Proposed Contract duration will be three (3) years plus three (3) optional with one (1) year renewal periods.
