Conservation Halton is issuing this RFP to engage a consultant to undertake the design and construction administration of the West Beginner Lodge, and the design of the central lodge located at the Kelso-Glen Eden Conservation Area. The project includes the design, preconstruction and construction services to build a west beginner lodge that meets the need of the operational staff and visitors to Kelso-Glen Eden.
