Conservation Halton is seeking written proposals from qualified firms to provide detailed design engineering and construction administration services for the new West Beginner Lodge.
This RFP is seeking proposals for the following engineering & consultant disciplines:
• Structural Engineering
• Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering
• Electrical Engineering (including data and communication)
• Civil Engineering (including septic system design)
• Sustainability Consultant and Energy Modeling
• Landscape Architect
Engineering sub-consultants will be engaged by Conservation Halton but will take direction from
and coordinate their services directly with the Architect – Prime Consultant. In all matters of Design
and Construction Administration the sub-consultant shall report to the owner (Conservation Halton)
through the Architect - Prime Consultant.

Firms can bid on one or more of the disciplines as identified.
