Purpose and Intent
This Contract is for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the reconstruction, regrading and drainage improvements required for roadways and parking lots at
Mountsberg Conservation Area. The scope of work includes removal and resurfacing of asphalt with pavement markings, installation of Granular subsurface layers, grading and asphalting of parking lots, drainage
improvements with ditch grading, installation of concrete sidewalk, trellis structures and EV station conduiting.
