Project Overview
Conservation Halton – Glen Eden is looking to secure a turnkey Design-Builder who will
be acting as Constructor on the project and prime to all subs for the design, supply,
install, and commission of a new aerial chairlift system on a site where the existing lift
has already been removed.
This procurement is based on a design-build delivery model and is intended to result in
the execution of a CCDC 14 (Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract). The bid
submission should include the onsite assessment of existing infrastructure and
consideration for the installation of new foundations, terminals, towers, haul rope,
chairs, drives, controls, safety systems, electrical tie-in, commissioning and regulatory
approval as required.
