Project Overview
Conservation Halton has a future use for the park (identified in Appendix B) and is
looking to conduct this feasibility study to provide water and wastewater servicing
infrastructure that meet all regulatory requirements to support the future use of the park.
The water and wastewater servicing must be capable of meeting the full future use
concept plan.
The project scope, content of proposal, and vendor selection process are summarized
in this RFP.
