Conservation Halton is interested in contracting for the following works;
The rehabilitation and reconstruction of exterior stone and concrete features at the East and West Lodge areas. The work includes replacing the existing stone steps and landing at the East Lodge Tunnel Entrance with new concrete steps and landing, refurbishing the adjacent Rental Shop stone steps and interlocking stone, and rebuilding the retaining walls, steps, and landings at the West Lodge. Where feasible, existing retaining stone, capstones, steps, and interlocking pavers are to be salvaged and reused.
