Conservation Halton is seeking a qualified General Contractor to complete the Trailhead
Boardroom Renovation. The work generally consists of selective demolition and
alteration of the existing upper-floor space to create an enclosed meeting/boardroom,
including removal and modification of existing enclosure components, fire-rated
construction, door and wall alterations, mechanical/HVAC modifications, electrical and
data provisions, interior finishes, coordination for audiovisual equipment, and all
associated work required to provide a complete finished installation in accordance with
the Contract Documents and issued drawings.
