Conservation Halton is interested in contracting for the following works at its Hilton Falls Dam  Diversion Structure in Milton, Ontario;

The Hilton Falls Dam retains the Hilton Falls Reservoir for purposes of flood control and low-flow augmentation.  The Sixth Line Tributary of Sixteen Mile Creek flows past, on the west side of the Hilton Falls Reservoir.  An offshoot of this tributary divides from the main tributary branch and flows towards the Hilton Falls Reservoir.  This offshoot is controlled by a diversion structure that includes an earthen dyke.

The construction project will be completed over two (2) phases. The first phase was completed in Winter 2020.  The second phase, for which this RFT is applicable, of construction includes the following major activities:

·  Mob/demob, site survey, quality control, temporary bridge upgrades, access road improvements.

·  Site stripping, including minor amounts of clearing and grubbing.

·  Placement of fill materials, including a cut-off trench.

·  Gabion basket preparation and installation.

·  Erosion protection, topsoil and seeding.

·  All other works noted in the tender documents.
