Conservation Halton requires consulting services for 2 onsite elevators located at Kelso Conservation Area, 5234 Kelso Rd, Milton, L9E 0C6. CH is looking to secure a review and deficiency list of both hydraulic elevators, proposals for machine room modernization and upgrades to 2019 Accessibility code.
Proponent to supply an itemized list of deficiencies for repair/replacement (as well as solutions and cost consulting to synchronize both elevators) which can be used to solicit a contractor to initialize work set out in this scope. Once all work has been completed proponent will inspect and sign off work in accordance meet TSSA Code compliance.
