Conservation Halton is interested in contracting for the following works;

·  4 roof downspouts on west side of building into 2 LID features

·  permeable pedestrian pathway and landscape features (raised bed, bench, bollards etc.)

·  2 permeable layby parking areas at front door

·  Outdoor staff seating area
